Armillary Globes & Stone Wall Dials.
The Armillary and Wall dials are made for your specific latitude and in the case of wall dials the angle (declination) of the wall in relation to “solar” north, thus reading solar time accurately.
Armillary Dials; By combining the latest in computer aided design with time honoured craftsmanship we can offer your choice of wording (within technical limits) and either Arabic or Roman numerals on the time band at no additional cost. Lettering is cut by intaglio etching giving deep definition to last for centuries! Armillary Dials can be mounted on ships bells or rings- These make ideal and very special presents - please see gallery opposite.
Wall dials; These are hand carved in stone or hand painted on to a suitable medium or existing wall.
